Application: Every October, the "Big Four" will hold campus presentations in Shanghai's main battlefields-Fudan, Jiaotong University, Shanghai Foreign Affairs University, and University of Finance and Economics. Students from Tongji, Shanghai University and Foreign Trade also have the opportunity to obtain resume applications. Other universities Students can also apply through the official website of the "Big Four" (usually fill out about 4 forms). After the online application, the other party will reply with a confirmation letter, and then confirm whether to conduct the interview and the date of the interview through the resume.

Resume: Ernst & Young and KPMG both require high school (college entrance examination) scores. PricewaterhouseCoopers requires the grade point, total grade point and class ranking for each semester (there are fixed formulas to convert), while KPMG requires that there is a criminal record 、Is there a permit to work in Hong Kong, whether you can work in other cities in China, whether you have participated in the company’s summer internship, etc.

Process: The operation methods of the "Big Four" are different, and there are new changes every year, but the principle of investigating basic abilities such as English, logic and numbers through written examinations is consistent. Deloitte takes the four steps of "online application→written test→group discussion (no manager interview, all the materials are the same)→one-on-one interview". Ernst & Young and KPMG pay more attention to English proficiency, and PwC combines pen and face to screen resumes. Then go directly to the "assessment center" for analysis (the materials are different for each person), debate and written examination. Later, there will be industry-related knowledge issues, which mainly examine whether job applicants have interest and potential in auditing and taxation work. On the other hand, we will meet the partners face to face-interest, communication and teamwork are all the unified standards for selecting talents of the "Big Four". After the written test and the second meeting, the "Big Four" will issue written admission notices in mid-to-late December.

Test: One is the logic question type and the intelligence question type (written test). The second is the professional aptitude test.
